Since joining my mom at Elle Rêve, I have been working out a lot more than I used to and I wanted to create a class that I thought was fun but also great for you. Hence the idea, Cardio Barre. This class is designed to be a mix of cardio and strength training, but cardio that you want to do. I love to dance, and after watching a bunch of different videos on YouTube, I came up with the four cardio sections that are mixed into a class. While the idea of choreographed dance can be a little intimidating to some, that is not my goal. I think the most important thing is to have fun while doing your cardio and to not care what you look like while doing it! I want to give you five reasons why cardio is beneficial for your health, and for more workout inspo, I will add pics from a fun outfit we put together for a cardio barre class!
