Warby Parker Glasses

I don't know about all of you, but finding a new pair of glasses can be just as hard as finding a new pair of jeans. If you wear glasses on a daily basis, you want the frames you pick to complement you and bring out your features. I came across the site Warby Parker a few years ago when my college roommate told me about it. What I think is really neat about their site is that you can order glasses all online. Now you are probably thinking, how could I possibly buy a new pair of glasses without trying them?

That is what I thought as well, however, Warby Parker allows you to try on five pairs at home. They send them to you in a convenient box with a return shipping label so after five days you just tape the box up and send them all back! I wanted to test a few pairs out because I have been thinking of getting new frames this year, and I also recorded a YouTube video showcasing how to do your makeup if you wear glasses (that will be up later this week). But until then, I thought I would give you all a sneak peek at the frames that will be in the video!

This pair was my absolute favorite. This is the frame in the style, Laurel and the color is Oak Barrel.

This picture has flash so you can see the color a little bit better, I live for a tortoise shell frame!

And finally, here is a side view of the frames so you can see them a little better. [Glasses linked]

I didn't think I would like this style that much, but I was pleasantly surprised. These frames are in the style Casey and the color is Burnt Lemon Tortoise.

Here is a side view of the Casey frames. [Glasses linked]

This style is the Welty frame in the color Plum Marblewood. I liked these because of the purple that is mixed in to the frames.

Here is a side view where you can see the purple a bit better. [Glasses linked]

While this style of frame wasn't my favorite, I do feel like these frames do bring out the blue in my eyes. This style is the Upton frame in the color Oak Barrel. [Glasses linked]

These last frames are in the style Bensen and they are in the color Whiskey Tortoise.

I typically don't go for darker frames because of how light my hair is, but I was also surprised at how much I liked these ones. [Glasses linked]

What is your favorite style of frames? I hope you guys liked this post, stay tuned later this week for the makeup tutorial that goes with it.
